Worst place to deal with don't trust what the representative tells you. Let's start off by saying these issues are still ongoing and it's in the 3rd week. Went in bought 4 new phones and 3 cases. Let's start off buy saying the representative lied about the price of the cases. He said that 2 were 35 a piece and the other was 39. The representative said they would be at the store in 2 days. This was on Wednesday. When I got home I realized he had billed the wrong verizon customer. So i called the store back to inform them just so they were aware. The representative said he would correct it right away. On Saturday I went back into the store to pick up the cases. Well now the manager tells me they ship direct to the address. So i told her about the billing issue and she pulled the bill up. Guess what the representative didn't do and said that it wasn't a big deal. The cases wouldn't ship out until Monday and she corrected the issue. So on Sunday I checked my email and guess what I found. The email saying they shipped Friday. So i went into the store Monday to cancel the order and a female representative said only the manager could cancel the order. She wasn't in today and would call me the next day to talk about it. Tuesday I get a call from the representative that first helped me. Saying that the manager submitted something to get the company to resend the order. I kindly told him that I just wanted to cancel the order. He then again said he would have to get the manager to do it. She wasn't in right now and she would call me back. Then I called Verizon which was very helpful and understanding and tried to get with them. They were unable to reach them and submitted something for them to get back with me. The next week I did the same thing with verizon and again was helpful but TCC wasn't able to be reached. Called verizon again today the 6th of July, I bought the phones and cases on the 14th of June. Verizon said to call their corporate office. I did David @ TCC corporate office put me on hold while he contacted the store. After a few minutes he came back and said sorry I'll have to call you back I can't reach anyone at the store. We finally come to a resolution 7 hours later for me to go into the store and they would refund the money back on my card. So i drive 30 minutes to the store. After waiting on the representative to finish with his current customer. He takes my card doesn't say to much. When finished he folds my receipt in half and hands it to me. Before getting up I unfolded the receipt and see they have charged me 2 restocking fees. When ask about this he said there was nothing he could do but get with corporate. I then called corporate myself again and talked to David@ TCC corporate office. After waiting 45 minutes for him to call me back. He first told me they were WRONG and could have done away with the fee. He put me on hold to call the store. When he returned he said they were right and had to wait on another department to get back with them. After all of this I got a sorry there is nothing I can do for you and said sorry again. I'm now waiting to hear from the store again to see if I get all of my money back. So in conclusion if you can go somewhere else do it. This place is a scam. I hate to do this here but after all of this I didn't want someone else going through this.
I adore Stephanie. She is extremely helpful and answers all information quickly and efficiently. However, my insurance purchased at TCC had trouble being processed when used in an actual Verizon store.
