I was able to get in and out of the quick care in 20 min! The staff and Nurse Practiciner were so nice and friendly. I came in to been seen for an ear infection and sinusitis the nurse practiciner did a wonderful job of explaining my medications and writing me exactly what I needed to get better.
Waited almost 2 hours for my two girls to be seen (4,2). Don't be in any hurry and don't expect to receive very detailed or "caring" care at this establishment...I'm starting to loose faith in DCH doctors...the only thing I have faith in here lately is the DCH emergency room doctors which are starting to show some promise....
Got in quick, received what precisely was needed. Trouble free, pleasant visit thanks to Tamara Twitty who was excellent! Her nurses were super too! She didn’t make me jump through lots of unnecessary hoops. Just did only what was needed. Simple and easy.
