This particular Taco Bell lack enough employees to properly serve the public. The drive-thru is often very busy and tends to get backed up. Once I got trapped in line at the drive-thru and was forced to set in line for 47 minutes. I was not offered anything to compensate for my time or trouble. The food is fine though.

Order was not right, called and told them about it. Shorted a few things, other not what I ordered. Went back to store to get what I originally ordered. Shouldn't of trusted them (my bad) give me same damn thing, no cheesy potato grillers either. Got me twice, won't happen again.
Washington Taco Bell is typical of the chain. My double chalupa, touted as this month's signature item, came sloppily made, and the shell was torn in two places making it harder to eat without falling apart. The other two items, a Doritos loco and a regular taco, were fine . Service was fast and the store wasn't crowded.
