All they care about is making money for them selves they truly don't give a damn about the drivers. And true if you're not a ass kisser you will not make it here at this company trust me been with them was there for about three years. So please before you go and get a application for this company do a background check on them cause they will screaw Ver you in a heartbeat and will not care to do what it takes to make them more money.
Dangerous drivers who are inconsiderate and risky. Dispatch is rude and could cae less.

It's a shame this company has gone to the dogs but current management and ownership has resulted in a tyrannical atmosphere run by family members and family friends. If your not a kisser upper don't expect to go anywhere with this outfit. You'll have wages cut, vacation pay erased, and health insurance stopped with no forewarning, Although I'm local and still working (but looking) other drivers and construction workers I know have been treated really badly with this company. A shame because these are the workers that need to be retained and the know nothing management let go. Wake up Boyd and start cleaning house before it's too late!
