Used drive thru and the staff were very efficient and friendly.
Took them 25 minutes to get chicken popper combo, that should take about 6 minutes it's two deep fried items that are shoved into a box. Their drive through timer was over 400 seconds as well.
Always fresh when I go. Really love their famous bowl
Usually have very friendly staff. And good is always very good. Any time I had a problem it was fixed right away without being made to feel like it was a button the way some places make a person feel.
Ordered a fried chicken meals and didn't get the chicken. How is that possible!!! Fried chicken is in the name...you should at least get that right!
